Nitschke Advokater AS is an independent law firm wholly owned by the company’s lawyers. The company has special expertise in tax, company law and related areas.

We cooperate with and rent office premises from Nitschke AS, a separate audit firm, which also ensures easy access to their expertise.

We assist especially small and medium-sized companies, self-employed persons, advisors and individuals.

As we have expertise in tax and corporate law, we often assist clients in starting up of business (eg. establishing the company), their ongoing follow-up (eg. reporting/tax returns) and in planning and executing reorganizations (such as mergers , demergers and establishing holding companies).

Other typical assignments are assistance with inquiries from the tax office regarding the tax assessment, tax audits, and complaints and litigation against the tax authorities. We have long and broad expertise in our fields of expertise.
